If you see an error page or the dashboard won't load:

 

  1. Hard refresh: Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows)
  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  3. Try an incognito/private browser window
  4. Try a different browser

 

If the problem persists, it may be a temporary server issue. Wait a few minutes and try again, or contact support.
