Payment failed?

•       Try a different credit card
•       Make sure your card has sufficient funds
•       Check that your billing address matches your card

Paid but plan shows "Free"?

•       Refresh the page with Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows)
•       Wait 2-3 minutes for the payment to process
•       If still showing Free, contact support — we'll fix it immediately
