Automatic scanning: ReviewIntel automatically scans all your tracked brands every Sunday at 2am UTC. Reports are generated Monday at 6am UTC, and email digests are sent Monday at 8am UTC.

Manual scanning:

•       Click "Scan Now" on the dashboard to scan all brands at once
•       Click "Refresh" on an individual brand row to scan just that brand
•       Manual scans take 2-5 minutes per brand

After scanning: The dashboard automatically refreshes every 30 seconds while a scan is running. You'll see a toast notification when new reviews are detected.
