Setting up your first brands

ARTICLE: Setting Up Your First Brands (Onboarding)

After signing up, you'll see a grid with 3 empty slots (or 5 if you're on Pro).

For each slot:

1. Click the "+" icon or "Add Intel" button
2. Enter the brand or product name
3. Choose the type: "Competitor" (someone else's brand) or "Product" (your own brand)
4. Select a review source: Amazon, Trustpilot, Google, or Brand Website
5. Paste the URL where reviews can be found
6. Click Save

You need to add at least 1 brand to proceed. Once you're ready, click "Get started" to begin your first scan.

Your first scan takes 10-20 minutes. You'll see a scanning banner on the dashboard, and we'll email you when your first insights are ready.
