A scan typically takes 10-20 minutes for the first time and 2-5 minutes for subsequent refreshes.

 

If "Scanning..." persists for more than 20 minutes:

 

  1. Hard refresh the page: Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows)
  2. Check if the scan actually completed — click "View" on the brand
  3. Try clicking "Refresh" to trigger a new scan

 

If the issue continues, contact support.
