- The URL doesn't contain reviews — Visit the page yourself and verify reviews are visible
- The review widget isn't supported yet — We support Yotpo, Okendo, PowerReviews, Judge.me, and Bazaarvoice, plus a universal AI fallback
- The page requires special interaction — Some sites need you to click a tab or scroll to load reviews
- The page blocked our scraper — Some enterprise sites have aggressive bot protection
What to try:
- Verify the URL shows reviews when you visit manually
- Try a different source (Trustpilot or Amazon) for the same brand
- Make sure you're using a product page URL, not the homepage
- Contact support if the issue persists
